Mumbai: Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor recently alerted his fans on social media about an online scam where someone was impersonating his manager.
In an Instagram post, he cautioned his followers about a fake account that had been contacting people, falsely claiming to offer chances to connect with him. The scammer was targeting unsuspecting fans, using Arjun’s name to gain trust and trick individuals into sharing personal information or clicking on harmful links.
Arjun’s post stated, “I’ve been informed that a random account is reaching out to people pretending to be my manager and offering opportunities to connect with me. Please be aware that these messages are not genuine, and I have no connection with them. I would never ask anyone to click on links or share personal details in this way. Don’t fall for these scams—stay safe and vigilant. If you see such messages, please report the account immediately. Wishing you a safe and merry Christmas.”
In other news, the “Gunday” actor recently expressed his best wishes to the team of “Baby John.” On his Instagram stories, he shared the poster of the Varun Dhawan film and wrote, “Wishing the entire team massive success!!! Are you going to reflect on the year or deflect from reflection?” Dhawan responded with heart emojis.
On the work front, Arjun Kapoor was last seen playing a modern version of Raavan, named Danger Lanka, in Rohit Shetty’s “Singham Again.” This film features a star-studded cast, including Ajay Devgn, Tiger Shroff, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, and Kareena Kapoor Khan. Directed by Rohit Shetty, “Singham Again,” the fifth installment in the popular Cop Universe, was released on November 1.
Arjun expressed his gratitude in a heartfelt note, thanking Rohit for making every moment on set memorable.
