Currently, 20 severely injured patients are receiving treatment in the hospital’s burn ward, with three on ventilators. Lalaram’s body will be handed over to his family following a post-mortem examination.

The tragic accident on the Jaipur-Ajmer highway resulted in multiple fatalities, with three patients dying on Wednesday and two on Tuesday. Among the deceased were 22-year-old Vijeta and 36-year-old Vijendra, both of whom suffered 70% burns. The incident occurred when a truck collided with an LPG tanker, causing a gas leak that ignited and spread rapidly.

The tanker driver, Jaiveer Singh, reported that he was alone in the vehicle and immediately fled the scene as the gas ignited. Investigations into the incident are ongoing.
