Mumbai: Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha recently shared a humorous wake-up experience from her hotel in Australia. She posted a video on social media showing how a lion’s roar startled her awake in the morning.
In the clip, Sonakshi is seen sitting on her hotel bed, recording the moment when the loud roar of a lion resonates outside. The video captures her looking out the window, where the silhouette of the lion can be spotted. She humorously captioned the clip on her Instagram stories, calling it her “today’s alarm clock.”
Earlier, Zaheer Iqbal shared a casual photo on Instagram of himself and Sonakshi relaxing while observing lions through their hotel window. He captioned the picture, “4 cool cats hanging.” Sonakshi later reposted the image on her stories, adding videos of various wild animals, including lions.
The couple is currently enjoying their vacation in Australia and sharing snippets of their adventures online. In one of her posts, Sonakshi captured a sweet moment where Zaheer rested his head on her lap while they sat in a sunlit park, simply adding a red heart emoji to express her affection.
Additionally, they attended the exciting Boxing Day Test match between India and Australia at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), sharing several photos and videos from their day. Dressed in matching white outfits, they were seen waving the Indian flag and leading the crowd in chants of “India, India, India.”
For those unaware, Sonakshi and Zaheer got married in a private civil ceremony on June 23, 2024, officially marking their long-term relationship of seven years. Professionally, the couple is set to reunite on screen in the upcoming film “Tu Hai Meri Kiran,” which is scheduled for release in 2025.
