Mumbai: Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar, recently seen in ‘Singham Again’, has expressed admiration for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision for the media and entertainment industry.
On Monday, Akshay shared a tweet from PM Modi on X (formerly Twitter), in which the Prime Minister invited global participants to the WAVES 2025 summit, a future forum for the film and entertainment world. Akshay remarked, “This reflects PM @narendramodi ji’s vision for enhancing the Media & Entertainment sector. The WAVES 2025 summit promises to be an amazing global platform for the entire entertainment industry to come together and thrive.”
In addition, Akshay recently celebrated his wife Twinkle Khanna’s birthday by posting a heartfelt video on Instagram. The video showcases different aspects of Twinkle’s personality, from her relaxing in the sun to having fun at home while dancing. In the caption, he expressed his admiration, writing, “Happy Birthday, Tina. You’re not just a sport; you’re the whole game. I’ve learned so much from you, from laughing until my stomach hurts (and you’re often the reason), to singing along to my favorite songs and dancing just for the joy of it. There’s truly no one like you.”
Before this celebration, Akshay and Twinkle also marked their son Aarav’s birthday. The couple shared separate posts on Instagram to convey their wishes, with Akshay posting a photo from a safari outing featuring the family together in a vehicle.
