Gas Cylinder explosion in Ludhiana, 4 including 2 children badly injured

The entire family has suffered about 60 percent burns.

Ludhiana: Last night, a small cylinder exploded in the Gyaspura area of ​​Ludhiana. The blast shook the entire area. People from the surrounding area gathered after hearing the screams of the people. The burnt husband-wife and their two children were taken to the civil hospital. Seeing the critical condition of the burnt people, the doctors referred them to PGI Chandigarh.

Giving information, Lalita Devi said that her neighbor Krishna Pandit had brought a small cylinder filled from outside. As soon as his wife Seema started lighting the stove to cook food, suddenly a fire broke out in the room.

Suddenly, there was an explosion in the cylinder. People from the surrounding area also gathered after hearing the screams in the room. With the help of people, the fire in the cylinder was extinguished. All the things in the room were burnt to ashes.

The burnt people have been identified as Krishna Pandit, Seema Devi, Shivam and Shivani. Krishna and Seema’s face has been badly burnt.

Children Shivam and Shivani have also come under the grip of fire, their arms and faces have been burnt. The entire family has suffered about 60 percent burns. Considering the serious condition of the injured, they have been referred to PGI.
