Nabha: Every day incidents due to stray dogs come to light. The latest case came to light in Dhingi village of Nabha block, where Shivam Kumar, a 9-year-old boy was mauled to death by stray dogs in the field. The deceased Shivam Kumar was going to the field to visit his mother, who was a daily wage earner in the field. The demise of a nine-year-old kid has shaken everyone and left the family devastated.
As per the information, the deceased boy’s mother was picking potatoes in the field and her son was going to meet her. Stray dogs mauled the boy and his body was torn apart and eaten by dogs, the deceased’s sister was also with him,. Shivam was along with his sister and when she tried to save her brother dogs attacked her too.
On this incident, the villagers said that this is not the first incident. They also demanded strict action from the administration to avoid such incidents in the future. Shivam was brought to Civil Hospital Nabha after the attack but doctors declared in brought dead.
