The deceased has been identified as Mohinder Singh son Harpreet Singh (40), resident of Kala Bakra, Bhogpur. Immediately after the incident, all the passengers were sent to Jalandhar by boarding another bus from the spot. No passenger has been injured in the incident.
ASI Narinder Singh said that information about this accident was given to the police control room in the morning. After which police from Maksudan police station reached for investigation. Whose body has been taken into custody and sent to Civil Hospital Jalandhar for postmortem. The accused bus driver fled from the spot.
