Chandigarh: Former Advocate General of Punjab Hardev Singh Mattewal has passed away. His son Pavitra Singh Mattewal is also a renowned lawyer. Hardev Singh Mattewal was one of the closest associates of former Chief Minister Prakash Singh Badal.
Meanwhile, Akali Dal President Sukhbir Singh Badal has expressed deep grief over the demise of Hardev Singh Mattewal and expressed his condolences to the family.
