Hisar: In Hisar, CIA police has taken a big action and arrested 15 miscreants who were planning to rob passersby. An illegally loaded pistol, sword, axe and other weapons and a Maruti Eco car have been recovered from the accused. All the accused are being questioned by the police. 2 minors are also among the arrested accused.
According to the police spokesperson, the CIA team received information during patrolling that 13-14 youths were planning to rob passersby near the canal on Adampur Road. The police team that reached the spot saw that the miscreants had placed a white Maruti Eco car in front to stop a government Scorpio and many youths were stationed on both sides of the car.
The police took immediate action and arrested all the accused. The arrested accused include Manjeet of Khairampur, Saurabh alias Bugla of Kalirawan, Dinesh alias Mugli, Naseeb alias Bacchi, Rahul, Sukhdev, Sawan alias Sukha, Suraj alias Ramphal alias Kau of Kirori, Mohit, Sahil, Arun, Karan of Mandi Adampur, Sanjay alias Bishnoi of Sarangpur and Sonu alias Pandit of Adampur.
During the search, a .12 bore loaded pistol was found from Sukhdev, which had a live cartridge. Big axes, swords, four wooden sticks, and plastic pipes were recovered from a plastic bag in Maruti Eco. Initial investigation revealed that the accused were planning to rob passersby at gunpoint. Police have registered a case against all the accused at Agroha police station
