New Delhi: The Chief Minister of Uttrakhand Pushkar Singh Dhami on Sunday during a campaign for Bharatiya Janta candidate Pawan Sharma in Delhi’s Uttam Nagar Assembly constituency  ahead of assembly election in Delhi urged people to vote for BJP and ensure formation of double engine government in the national capital for its growth.

Addressing a gathering, Pushkar Singh Dhami said that Delhiites are now well aware of the corrupt policies of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Congress. The shop of hollow promises and cheating the public is now going to close. He added that the people of Delhi have resolved to form a double-engineered government of BJP this time.

Uttarakhand CM further appealed to the people to support the BJP. “The double-engineered government of BJP will not only accelerate the development of Delhi but will also ensure a stable and strong governance for the people of Delhi.”

Meanwhile, on Saturday, CM Dhami launched a sharp attack on the Aam Aadmi Party and accused former Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal of making ‘fake’ promises on education, healthcare, employment, and pollution control.

CM Dhami also pointed out the AAP’s failure to clean the Yamuna River and alleged that the party, while failing to deliver on its promise to clean the river, has been shifting the blame onto Haryana.
