Ludhiana: The local court in Ludhiana has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant order against Bollywood actor Sonu Sood after failing to appear in court despite repeated summons.
In an order copy issued by Ludhiana Judicial Magistrate Ramanpreet Kaur Court available with The Savera the court ordered Station House Officer Police station Andheri west Mumbai to arrest the actor and bring the actor before court.
Earlier, Ludhiana lawyer Rajesh Khanna has filed a case of fraud of Rs 10 lakh against Mohit Shukla. In this, he was lured to invest in a fake Rizka coin.
Under this complaint, Sonu Sood was summoned to the court to testify. However, despite repeated summons, Sood did not appear in court to testify. Due to his absence, the court has now issued an arrest warrant against him.
This warrant has been sent to Oshiwara Police Station, Andheri West (Mumbai), directing them to arrest the actor and present him in court.
The next hearing of the case will be on February 10.
