Recently, in Baltana Market, Zirakpur, some assailants murdered a youth named Krish with sharp weapons. Krish’s friend Piyush (16 years), who was a tenant of Saini Vihar-1, Baltana, police station Zirakpur, was seriously injured and has been admitted to GMCH 32 Hospital, Chandigarh for treatment. The police have registered a case based on Piyush’s statement.
Before the incident, Krish and Piyush had a fight with some youths in Panchkula, after which the said youths confessed to killing Krish in Baltana.
After an investigation by the police, a case was registered against the assailants, including two minors.
Police officials said that in connection with the case, three accused, including two minors and a youth named Pushkar, a resident of Mauli Jagran, have been arrested and the search for others is on.
The deceased’s father Rakesh Negi had said that his son Krish had left home saying that he was going to a party with his friends. Krish and his friend Prince got into a fight with 7-8 youths over some issue in Baltana. The fight escalated to such an extent that the accused attacked both of them with knives.
