A notice has also been issued by the government, which includes the names of 76 players. This notice issued by Manjit Singh, Deputy Director of Haryana Sports Department, has been sent to the sports boards of Ambala, Rohtak, Gurugram and Hisar.

What is written in the issued order

The notice issued by the Deputy Director reads, ‘Regarding the cancellation of sports gradation certificates, it is directed that your office (Ambala, Rohtak, Gurugram, Hisar) has issued sports gradation certificates of grade-C and D to many players of Haryana state.

When these certificates were examined by the Gradation Verification Committee constituted in the Directorate, they were found to be against the rules of the departmental policy. Therefore, they are canceled. District Deputy Sports Directors are instructed to give all these players a fair opportunity to present their views and if the deficiencies are not removed, their sports grading certificates should be cancelled.
