Earlier today, Chief Minister Gupta met with Prime Minister Modi at his residence. They had previously encountered each other during the oath-taking ceremony at Ramlila Maidan on February 20, which was attended by various NDA leaders, including Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Gupta also held discussions with Public Works Department (PWD) officials to enhance Delhi’s infrastructure and address issues with damaged roads.

In a related development, Delhi’s PWD minister, Parvesh Verma, inspected ongoing projects along Bhairon Marg to Sarai Kale Khan on Ring Road. He engaged with constituents and officials to understand their concerns and work towards solutions. Verma instructed officials to ensure road repairs last for 10-15 years, despite the official five-year timeline, and inquired about managing traffic congestion during road work, learning that repairs are conducted lane by lane, primarily at night.
