Tragic dumper-bike collission in Nuh: 1 died; 1 critical

A speeding dumper driver hit a bike near Badkali Chowk on Delhi Alwar Road in Nuh district of Haryana. The brother-in-law died in the accident.

Nuh: A speeding dumper driver hit a bike near Badkali Chowk on Delhi Alwar Road in Nuh district of Haryana. The brother-in-law died in the accident. While the sister-in-law is seriously injured. The woman is being treated in a hospital.

The accident happened yesterday. In a complaint to Nagina police, Lekhraj resident Sona Jakhopur said that yesterday her 21-year-old brother Rohit alias Nishant was going to Ferozepur Jhirka to drop his sister-in-law Seema.

When they reached near Badkali Chowk on Delhi Alwar Road at around 10 am, a speeding dumper driver coming from the front hit Rohit’s bike. Due to the collision, both of them fell on the road and got seriously injured. The deceased’s brother told that Rohit also has a one-year-old daughter.

The injured were admitted for treatment

The people nearby admitted both the injured to a nearby hospital. From where both were referred to Nalhar Medical College. On reaching there, Rohit alias Nishant was declared dead by the doctor.

The woman Seema is being treated in a private hospital, where her condition is said to be critical. The accident was so severe that the dumper also overturned on the roadside. The driver of the dumper took advantage of the situation and managed to escape.

The body was handed over to the relatives after postmortem

The investigating officer said that on the basis of Lekhraj’s complaint, a case has been registered against the unknown dumper driver. The police has conducted the postmortem of Rohit alias Nishant’s body and handed it over to the family. The dumper driver is being traced. The woman is injured and is undergoing treatment.
