Numerous friends from the film industry took to the comments to share their congratulations. Sharvari expressed her excitement with a simple, “Congratulations,” while Ishaan Khatter added, “Congratulations guys! And bless up, lil one! Safe journey.” Huma Qureshi extended her best wishes, and Neha Dhupia referred to the announcement as the “best news ever.” Sophie Choudry also congratulated the couple, wishing them blessings.

Kiara and Sidharth first met while filming “Shershaah” in 2020, where their romance blossomed despite keeping their relationship private. They tied the knot in a traditional Hindu ceremony in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, in 2023.

“Shershaah” is a biopic on Vikram Batra, who was martyred during the Kargil War, with Sidharth portraying both Vikram and his twin brother Vishal, while Kiara played his girlfriend Dimple Cheema.

Looking ahead, Sidharth is set to star in “Param Sundari” alongside Janhvi Kapoor, with filming in Kerala recently completed. This romantic comedy is directed by Tushar Jalota and promises a delightful mix of humor and surprises as it explores a love story between a man from the North and a woman from the South.

Kiara’s recent project was “Game Changer” with Ram Charan, and she is slated to appear in “Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups,” a period gangster film directed by Geetu Mohandas, as well as “War 2” alongside Hrithik Roshan and NTR Jr.
