Shimla: Western disturbance is becoming active again in Himachal after 3 days i.e. from March 9. Due to this, there are chances of rain and snowfall till March 11. On March 9, the weather will remain bad only in the high altitude areas.
On March 10, there are chances of rain and snowfall in the high altitude areas as well as in the medium altitude areas. On March 11, the weather will be bad in the entire state. On this day, there may be heavy rain and snowfall again in the high altitude areas.
It is clear that there is no hope of getting relief from cold even in the second week of March. During the last 24 hours, the maximum temperature has increased due to sunshine during the day. But the nights have become cold due to cold wave in the plains.
Temperature of 5 cities is in minus
According to the weather department, the weather is expected to remain clear in the state for the next three days. The temperature of five cities of the state including Manali is in minus. The minimum temperature of Manali is -0.9 degrees, minimum temperature of Kukumseri is -12.5 degrees, Tabo is -10.2 degrees, Bharmour is -0.1 degrees and Kalpa’s mercury is -4.9 degrees Celsius.
The maximum temperature of Kyelang is also in minus
There has been a slight rise in the maximum temperature in the last 24 hours. But still the average maximum temperature of the state is 1.5 degrees less than normal.
The maximum temperature of Dalhousie is still at 9.6 degrees after a drop of 5.3 degrees from normal, Nahan’s temperature is at 18.4 degrees with a drop of 4.3 degrees and Keylong’s maximum temperature is at -2.2 degrees with a drop of -4.2 degrees from normal.
