Chandigarh: Speaker Harvinder Kalyan has called an all-party meeting a day before the budget session of Haryana. For this, the speaker has sent invitations to all political parties. The Assembly Speaker said that an all-party meeting has been called in the Assembly Secretariat in the evening a day before the budget session.
In the meeting, other topics including the proceedings of the session, increasing productivity will also be discussed. For this, the dignity and discipline of the House should be maintained during the session and there should be meaningful discussion on the topics of public interest, these points will also be the subject of discussion.
He said that all parties would be requested to attend the session with fact-based preparations and the House would be able to seriously consider the development of the state.
He himself went to invite the governor
Haryana Assembly Speaker Harvinder Kalyan met the state Governor Bandaru Dattatreya before the start of the budget session. During this, he discussed with the Governor about the preparations for the budget session. The Governor’s address takes place on the first day of the first session of the year, this was also discussed.
The Governor’s address has special importance in the Constitution and the parliamentary system. This moment is also observed in a dignified manner.

A Business Advisory Committee (BAC) has been formed to decide the time period of the budget session. Assembly Speaker Harvinder Kalyan is the ex-officio chairman of this committee. CM Nayab Singh Saini, Energy Minister Anil Vij, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Mahipal Dhanda, Social Justice and Empowerment, Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Welfare and Antyodaya (Services) Department Minister Krishan Kumar, MLAs Bhupendra Singh Hooda and Geeta Bhukkal are members of this committee.
Deputy Speaker of Haryana Assembly Dr. Krishna Lal Middha, MLAs Savitri Jindal and Arjun Chautala have been included as special invitee members.
