Mumbai: Singer Leo Grewal recently released his new track “Shopping List,” the first song from his debut album Leonization. He shared that working on the track was an amazing experience, especially because it gave him the opportunity to collaborate once again with his “big brother” Yo Yo Honey Singh.
The track, which features Honey Singh, exudes high-energy vibes, luxury, and boldness. Leo’s sharp wordplay blends perfectly with Honey Singh’s signature rap style, resulting in a flashy and bold song.
Reflecting on the experience, Leo Grewal said, “Working on ‘Shopping List’ has been incredible, especially because I got to collaborate with my big brother, Honey Paaji once again.”
He continued, “After the success of the Glory album, especially the love and appreciation I received for tracks like ‘Millionaire,’ ‘Manic,’ and ‘Jatt Mekhma,’ this song feels like the perfect next step. I’m really excited for my fans to hear this new side of my music.”
Leo also expressed gratitude towards Bhushan Kumar and T-Series for supporting his vision. “I can’t wait for the fans to hear it—they’re going to love what’s coming their way!” he added.
Last month, Yo Yo Honey Singh released his new track “Maniac,” featuring Esha Gupta, which was written by Leo Grewal. The song was composed by Honey Singh himself. Due to the intense work involved, Honey Singh included it as a bonus track in his album Glory.
“Maniac” also features a Bhojpuri verse performed by Ragini Vishwakarma.
Additionally, Yo Yo Honey Singh recently released a docu-film about his life, directed by Mozez Singh and produced by Sikhya Entertainment. Available on Netflix, the documentary provides an intimate look into Honey Singh’s rise to fame and explores the challenges and controversies he faced along the way.
