Kaithal: On Monday evening, a dumper full of soil suddenly took a turn in Shahpur village on Karnal-Kaithal road in Haryana, due to which the truck coming behind hit the vehicles standing ahead. In this accident, four cars collided with each other.
No one was seriously injured in the accident, but the cars were damaged heavily. Immediately after the accident, there was chaos at the spot. The police reached the spot and took control of the situation and started investigation.
Reckless driver was driving the truck
Eyewitnesses Ravishankar, Rajesh and Pramod said that the main reason for the accident was the negligence of the truck drivers. They said that two trucks were driving very fast and rough. Suddenly a truck loaded with soil cut in front, due to which the Venue car running behind had to suddenly apply brakes.
The other vehicles following the Venue also stopped, but the speeding truck coming from behind hit the vehicles with great force. The car driver said in anger that how is it possible that he did not see the parked vehicles? This driver must be drunk.
This is how the accident happened
The accident started when a truck loaded with soil suddenly cut in. The truck in front of it applied brakes, due to which the Venue car running behind it also had to stop. The other car running behind it also applied brakes immediately and the Ritz car also stopped itself by applying brakes in time. But the speeding truck coming from behind hit these cars. Four cars were damaged in the accident, which included Venue, Ritz and two other cars.
Action will be taken on the basis of complaint
Police investigation officer of Sadar police station, Bharat Bhushan, said that the police reached the spot as soon as they received information about this road accident near Shahpur. Investigation revealed that the accident took place between two trucks and four cars. Although no one was seriously injured in this accident, the vehicles suffered a lot of damage.
The police inspected the spot and started investigation. The police say that strict action will be taken against those driving recklessly. Further investigation and legal action will be taken on the basis of whatever complaint will be filed in the case.
