 Reports reaching the court have declared the pastor guilty. Also, the court has given the date of 1st April for the punishment of the pastor. The sentencing of the pastor will be done on 1st April.

Bajinder Singh, who was named in the case of raping a girl, appeared in the court on Monday. After his appearance that day, the court had reserved the decision. The case was heard today i.e. on Friday (28 March) and the pastor was declared guilty.

Official sources said that Zirakpur police had registered a case against a total of 7 people including pastor Bajinder Singh. Along with the pastor, Akbar Bhatti, Rajesh Chaudhary, Suchha Singh, Jatinder Kumar, Sitar Ali and Sandeep alias Pehlwan were named in the case. Also, sections 376, 420, 354, 294, 323, 506, 148 and 149 of IPC were imposed in the case. The pastor has already been arrested in this case.

According to the information, the above video of Pastor Bajinder Singh started going viral on 16 March (Sunday). In this video, Bajinder Singh was seen slapping a woman. Before this, he had also thrown a copy on the face of this woman sitting with a child.

Bajinder Singh is facing a case of sexual assault on a woman. The woman had told the police that Bajinder Singh, a pastor of ‘The Church of Glory and Wisdom’ in Tajpur village, had molested her in Jalandhar.
