The Municipal Corporation team in Jalandhar took action against illegally constructed commercial shops late on Wednesday night and sealed 13 shops. This action was taken by the Municipal Corporation’s building department in Basti Bawa Khel, Jalandhar. The said commercial property, which was built illegally, was built in a wrong manner and no permission of any kind was taken for it.
The Municipal Corporation’s building department team took action late night amid police security. This action was taken by ATP Sukhdev Sharma on the orders of Municipal Corporation Commissioner Gautam Jain. ATC Sharma along with Inspectors Ajay, Mohit, Naman, Mohinder and Sachin had arrived for the action.
A notice was also issued by the Municipal Corporation regarding this and the commercial property owner was also asked to get the entire legal action done in the matter. But the owner of the said shops did not prepare any valid documents. So that the said property could be declared legal.
Due to which, the team took action late on Wednesday night. Let us tell you that no record of the shops built illegally was given to the Municipal Corporation. This action was taken after strictness was shown by Municipal Corporation Commissioner Gautam Jain.
