The decision was taken on April 1 during a full-court meeting. During the meeting, the judges agreed to disclose their assets to the Chief Justice of Indian and make them accessible to the public.

Notably, all Supreme Court judges have already submitted their asset declarations. However, these details had not been publicly available until now. The initiative marks a significant shift towards judicial accountability and openness.
