Aman Arora joins Ram Navami Shobha Yatra in Jalandhar; Urges youth to follow the Path of Lord Rama

A shobha yatra to mark the festival was organized on the eve of Ramnavami by the Shri Devi Talab Mandir Prabandhak committee under the leadership of its pattern Sheetal Vij. People from all walks of life participated in this shobha yatra that covered the entire city.

Cabinet Minister and AAP Punjab President Aman Arora today called upon people to follow the path shown by Lord Rama for the creation of a harmonious and egalitarian society.

Accompanied by MLA Raman Arora, Senior AAP leader Pawan Kumar Tinu, the Minister joined the people of the state in celebrating the festival of Ram Navami with full religious gaiety and enthusiasm. Mr. Arora hailed the effort made by Shri Devi Talab Mandir Committee, led by Sheetal Vij to celebrate this festival.

In his inaugural address, the Minister unequivocally said that this endeavor of the committee would strengthen the basic fiber of the society, besides perpetuating the glorious legacy of Lord Rama. He also congratulated the people on the eve of this festival and exhorted them, especially the youngsters, to follow the footsteps of Lord Sri Ram to carve out an ideal society.

Congratulating the Shri Devi Talab Mandir Prabandhak Committee on the occasion, Mr. Arora said that he was feeling fortunate enough upon being invited here on Shobha Yatra amid Navratras on the eve of Shri Ramnavami festival.

He further underscored the significance of the teachings of Lord Rama in modern society to keep youngsters from social odds. Earlier, the head of Sri Devi Talab Mandir Prabandhak Committee, Sheetal Vij, along with other members of the committee, welcomed the dignitaries on this pious occasion. He also honoured the Minister by presenting him with a holy robe on this occasion.
