Mumbai: Bollywood star Kartik Aaryan has finally addressed the constant buzz surrounding his love life, confirming that he is currently single. In a recent interview with one of the leading news portals, the actor responded to speculation linking him with actresses Sreeleela, Janhvi Kapoor, and Sara Ali Khan. Kartik shared that while some past rumours held truth, many were baseless and often sparked by a simple photo or brief encounter. He admitted it once felt odd to be the subject of such gossip but has now grown more mindful of public perception.
When asked about relationships within the industry, Kartik said he is open to dating someone from the same profession. He believes that a fellow actor would better understand the unpredictable schedules and demands of the job. He emphasised the value of mutual respect, consistent support, and making time for each other despite hectic routines. Kartik also stated he wouldn’t feel insecure if his partner were more successful, as he was raised in a home that celebrated achievements, especially those of the women in his family.
On the work front, Kartik is preparing for his upcoming film Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, a romantic comedy opposite Ananya Panday, set to release on Valentine’s Day weekend in 2026. Directed by Sameer Vidhwans, the project marks Kartik’s first collaboration with Karan Johar. He is also set to headline a comedy franchise helmed by Fukrey director Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, jointly produced by Karan Johar and Mahaveer Jain.
