Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav inaugurated the “Joint Foundation Training Program for State Service Officers” at the RCVP Noronha Academy of Administration in Bhopal, with the aim of strengthening the state’s administrative capabilities.
CM Yadav emphasized that the program is designed to reinforce the state’s administrative framework and enhance public services. “Today, I launched this Joint Foundation Training for State Service Officers selected by the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission at the Administration Academy, Bhopal. This initiative is crucial for strengthening our administrative structure and improving services for the public. The goal of the training is not only to provide knowledge but also to create an administrative ecosystem where innovation and public welfare can thrive,” he shared in a post on X.
He encouraged the officers to work diligently for the state’s development and public welfare, expressing hope that their combined efforts would lead to new levels of progress and prosperity.
During the program, CM Yadav also reflected on his visit to the United States, where he observed that American society relies heavily on law enforcement, contrasting it with Indian society, which he described as self-regulated. “In America, I remarked that their society is based on policing, while ours is self-regulated. Here, the police are meant to deal with wrongdoers, not the general public. Our culture is such that if a police van appears in a village, the residents feel embarrassed about its presence. The police have their own duties…” CM Yadav commented, extending his best wishes to the officers for their training.
