AAP Government’s Education Revolution: Over 1,187 Government School Students Pass NEET/JEE

Punjab Desk: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate Harmeet Singh Sandhu has strongly praised the revolutionary changes brought about in Punjab’s education system under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. He said that the Mann government’s clear goal is to make Punjab’s youth “job-givers,” not “job-seekers,” and this is not just a slogan, but a reality on the ground. Sandhu said that over 1,187 students from government schools passing difficult exams like NEET/JEE are living proof of this revolution.

In a statement issued here, Harmeet Singh Sandhu targeted previous governments, saying that the Akali-BJP and Congress commercialized education and destroyed government schools, causing the public to lose faith in the system. But the AAP government has opened the doors of quality education to children from ordinary families by establishing “Schools of Eminence” with a massive investment of 231.74 crore. He said that providing free uniforms and free bus service to students in these schools, especially empowering girl students, fulfills the Mann government’s guarantee of equality of opportunity.

The AAP candidate expressed pride in the success figures, saying that this change is now visible in the results. Today, 265 students from government schools passed the prestigious JEE Mains, 74 passed the JEE Advanced, and 848 passed the NEET. These impressive results were possible because the School of Eminence provides specialized coaching to students to prepare for NEET, JEE, CLAT, NIFT, and the defense services, enabling them to compete on a global level.

Senior state officials are personally guiding government school students. He said this initiative will instill leadership qualities in students and develop them into confident entrepreneurs. The Mann government is not just providing jobs, but also creating an environment where young people will open their own companies and contribute to the creation of a “Rangla Punjab.” He said that education is the greatest empowerment, and these policies of the AAP government are making Punjab’s future bright.
