Bathinda, Feb 17 — A tragic road accident claimed the life of a canter driver on the Abohar-Rajasthan highway on Monday evening. The driver reportedly lost control of the vehicle while attempting to avoid a car that suddenly came in his path, leading to a collision with a roadside tree.
According to police sources, the incident occurred near Jodhpur village, when the driver tried to swerve to prevent a frontal collision with the car. Unfortunately, the maneuver caused the canter to veer off the road and hit a tree, resulting in instant fatal injuries for the driver.
