According to the information, the driver had parked the truck outside the petrol pump near Khanna’s Bija at around 11:30 pm to rest and himself slept inside the cabin. The truck caught fire in the early hours. Seeing the flames, the petrol pump employees started trying to extinguish the fire.

The driver was screaming inside the cabin. An attempt was also made to take out the driver by breaking the glass. But the petrol pump workers could not succeed in this.
