Mumbai: Bollywood actor Randeep Hooda recently gave fans a humorous glimpse into his jungle safari routine. Sharing a video on social media, the wildlife enthusiast revealed that he often ends up sleeping during safaris. Captioning the clip, he joked, “The sleeping lion is also a lion, isn’t it? P.S. What I actually do on safaris,” as the video showed him taking a nap while a fellow passenger quietly recorded him.

Love for Wildlife and Jungle Adventures
A passionate nature lover, Hooda frequently goes on jungle safaris across Indian national parks such as Kanha and Pench, often accompanied by his wife, Lin Laishram. He regularly shares moments from his forest adventures online, including jeep safaris, tiger sightings, and stunning wildlife photography. In June, the couple explored Kanha National Park, with the actor captioning his photos, “Just us, the forest breeze, and some unforgettable Kanha vibes.”

Upcoming Film: ‘Operation Khukri’
On the work front, Randeep Hooda is gearing up for the epic war drama Operation Khukri. The actor has secured the official film rights to Operation Khukri: The Untold Story of the Indian Army’s Bravest Peacekeeping Mission Abroad. The film will portray the dramatic 2000 rescue mission in Sierra Leone, where 233 Indian soldiers were held hostage by rebel forces. Randeep is expected to play the role of Major General Rajpal Punia.
