Mumbai: Bollywood superstar Ajay Devgn took to social media on Thursday to wish his De De Pyaar De co-star Rakul Preet Singh a happy birthday, sharing a heartfelt message and a warm picture of the duo.

In the shared photo, Ajay, dressed in a crisp white shirt, and Rakul, glowing in a white outfit, are seen smiling at each other under soft golden lights, reflecting their endearing chemistry.

Ajay captioned the post: “Happy birthday! Wishing you 2x Pyaar for you this year!” tagging Rakul. The two had earlier starred together in the 2019 romantic comedy De De Pyaar De, which was both a commercial success and a fan favourite.

Jackie Bhagnani’s Heartfelt Tribute

Rakul’s husband, actor-producer Jackie Bhagnani, also penned a moving birthday post, sharing a video montage of unseen moments with her. Ajay and Rakul are set to reunite in De De Pyaar De 2, which is scheduled to release on November 14, 2025. The sequel has already created significant buzz given the popularity of the first film, where Tabu also played a pivotal role.
