Shooting at AP Dhillon’s House in Vancouver: Accused Abhijeet Kingra sentenced to 6 years prison

Famous Punjabi singer AP Dhillon’s house was shot at on Vancouver Island last year. In this case, a Canadian court has convicted 26-year-old Abhijeet Kingra of firing the gun. Let us tell you that the Canadian court has sentenced the accused Abhijeet Kingra to 6 years in prison. The said accused was arrested by the police in Ontario.

Firing at AP Dhillon House 

Let us tell you that dozens of shots were fired at the house of singer AP Dhillon, which is located in the Colwood area west of Victoria, Canada, on the morning of September 2, 2024. Two vehicles parked outside the house were also set on fire.

It is worth noting that almost two months after the attack on the singer’s house, Abhijeet Kingra of Winnipeg was arrested in Ontario. Last week, the court convicted Kingra on charges of arson, causing property damage, and firing a gun without regard to or with intent to endanger the safety of anyone.

What Court say?

In court, the judge acknowledged that Kingra wasn’t acting alone; he was linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang in India and carried out the attack on their instructions. At the time of the incident, Rohit Godara, a member of the Lawrence Bishnoi group, publicly took responsibility, saying the attack was connected to AP Dhillon’s close ties with actor Salman Khan.
