Armed Men Run Amok in Panipat, Landlord and Tenant Brutally Assaulted After Casteist Abuse

A case of hooliganism and murderous attack has come to light in Arjun Nagar area under Panipat. About 10–12-armed miscreants who came in two vehicles attacked the landlord and his tenant sitting outside the house and left them bleeding. The miscreants brutally beat both of them to death and fled from the spot after threatening to kill them.

The victim, Yash, said in the complaint given to the SHO of the police station Purana Industrial that both he and his tenant Sahil were sitting outside the house. At the same time, suddenly two cars came and stopped there. Nikhil alias Tinku, Amit alias Fukra and about 7 to 8 others with them got down with weapons in their hands.

According to Yash, the accused were carrying illegal guns, swords, axes and sticks in their hands. The accused directly attacked Yash and Sahil without any talk. The miscreants surrounded both of them and started beating them mercilessly with weapons and sticks. Both Yash and Sahil suffered serious injuries in the attack and were completely injured.

The accused thought he was dead and left him there. The victim said that the accused had threatened Sahil earlier as well. During the attack, the miscreants targeted Yash and hurled very dirty and casteist abuses. On the way, the accused threatened to kill both of them if they were seen again.

Case registered under serious charges, police arrive at the scene

After the incident, both seriously injured young men were taken to the hospital for treatment. The Old Industrial Police Station promptly took notice on the written complaint by the victim Yash. The police have registered a case against the accused Nikhil alias Tinku, Amit alias Fukra, and their other associates under sections 191(3), 190, 115, 351(2), 351(3), and 118(1) of the BNS.
