Ayodhya: Ram Mandir Trust administrator Gopal Rao leaves temple complex; shifted to Karsevak Puram

Amidst the ongoing developments concerning the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, another significant piece of information has emerged. According to sources, Gopal Rao, an administrator for the Ram Mandir Trust, has left the temple complex. It is reported that he had shifted to Karsevakpuram during the Trust’s meeting on July 6.

Sources state that Gopal Rao has already been removed from his position as a special invitee member of the Trust. Additionally, his car pass has been surrendered, effectively ending his administrative activities within the temple complex.

This move is reportedly part of recent administrative changes within the Trust. Gopal Rao’s departure from the temple complex—occurring against the backdrop of the controversy regarding temple offerings and subsequent reshuffling within the Trust—has sparked considerable speculation.

However, the Trust has not yet issued an official statement on this matter; consequently, the reasons behind Gopal Rao’s relocation and the changes to his authority await official confirmation.

Saints and Gopal Rao Meet Govind Devgiri
A delegation of saints from Ayodhya has arrived at Vaidehi Bhawan to meet Govind Devgiri, the Treasurer of the Ram Mandir Trust. The saints are currently holding a closed-door meeting with him. Meanwhile, Gopal Rao has also arrived and is engaged in discussions with Govind Devgiri.

It is believed that the Treasurer is attempting to build rapport with the saints of Ayodhya. Separately, Yatindra Mohan Mishra—son of Ayodhya’s ‘King’ Vimalendra Mohan Pratap Mishra—is also present; there is a strong possibility that he will be inducted into the Trust as a new member to fill a vacant position.
