Chandigarh: Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann is admitted to Fortis Hospital in Mohali due to ill health. Now his health is improving. This has been mentioned in the statement issued by the hospital management. It is expected that he will be discharged soon.

Many leaders including party in-charge Manish Sisodia had met him. After this, they also expressed hope that he will recover in a day or two. At the same time, senior Aam Aadmi Party leader Baltej Pannu has answered the questions raised about the CM’s health by posting a post.

Health deteriorated after visiting the flood affected area

Actually, after the floods in Punjab, CM Bhagwant Mann himself was visiting the affected areas. During this time his health deteriorated. On the 3rd, he returned to his official residence in Chandigarh. The next day he had to go to Gurdaspur, but the program was cancelled due to ill health.

Aam Aadmi Party supremo Arvind Kejriwal visited him at his residence. After this, his treatment continued at home. On the fifth, his health deteriorated further, after which he was taken to the hospital. According to the hospital management, he was admitted after complaining of slow heartbeat and weakness. The team of doctors immediately examined him and advised to keep him admitted for monitoring.
