Bhagyashree celebrates 37 years of marriage with Himalaya Dassani, calls it a ‘blessed journey’

Mumbai: Actress Bhagyashree on Monday celebrated 37 years of marital bliss with husband Himalaya Dassani, marking the special occasion with a heartfelt social media post reflecting on their long journey together.

‘Blessed to have walked my life with you’

Commemorating the milestone, the Maine Pyar Kiya actress shared an emotional note describing their life together as a journey filled with memories, laughter, tears, disagreements and reconciliation. She spoke about growing up together, building a home, raising two children, travelling the world and standing by each other through life’s highs and lows. “Feel blessed to have walked my life with you… happy anniversary my love,” Bhagyashree wrote, expressing gratitude for their enduring bond.

Wedding throwbacks and cherished moments shared

Bhagyashree also delighted her Instagram followers by posting throwback photographs from their wedding day and early years of marriage. The post included videos of the couple dancing together, with one clip showing Himalaya wooing her with his moves, while another featured the two sharing a joyful couple dance. Glimpses from their recent holidays and intimate family moments were also part of the celebration.

Family and professional milestones

Bhagyashree and Himalaya tied the knot on January 19, 1989, and are parents to son Abhimanyu and daughter Avantika. Abhimanyu made his Bollywood debut in 2019 with Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota, while Avantika entered the industry with the web series Mithya. On the work front, Bhagyashree was recently seen in a cameo role in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, which marked her reunion with Salman Khan after a gap of 34 years.
