BJP announces committee for election manifesto; Rajnath Singh Chairman

New Delhi: Bhartiya Janta Party ahead of Lok Sabha elections has announced the formation of committee for the election manifesto. The committee will work under the presidency of Union Minister Rajnath Singh.

Rajnath Singh has been named as the chairman of the committee whereas Nirmala Sitharaman will be the convener and Piyush Goyal will act as Co-convener of the election committee. The announcement of Election manifesto committee was made by BJP President JP Nadda.

The committee consists of a total of 27 members. Key members of the committee include Union Ministers Arjun Munda, Bhupendra Yadav, Kiren Rijiju, Dharmendra Pradhan and others.

The committee also includes Chief Ministers of BJP-ruled states namely Dr Mohan Yadav, Vishnu Deo Sai and Himanta Biswa Sarma.
