A threatening email has been received in Ludhiana claiming that the DC office, municipal corporation office, and railway lines will be blown up by a human bomb. The email was sent directly to the Police Commissioner and senior administrative officials under the name of the Khalistan National Army.
After receiving the email, the police and administration have started keeping an eye on everyone coming in and out of the DC office and municipal corporation office. Administrative officials say that such emails have been received before as well. However, nothing came out of those earlier ones either. Still, the administration is fully alert.
According to information, the administration received the email on June 17, 2026, at around 9:34 AM. The sender of the email claimed to be a member of the ‘Khalistan National Army’. The email contained highly objectionable and frightening content.
Following this email, security arrangements are being tightened at the Ludhiana Mayor’s office, DC complex, and railway stations. The police are trying to find out where this email was sent from and whether it involves any mischievous elements or if there is indeed a bigger conspiracy at play.
