An investor has exposed the false claims made by Sushma Builders, a big real estate company of Zirakpur. Let us tell you that investor Vishwam Jindal had bought a showroom from Sushma Builders eight years ago. Since this showroom is on the main road, the company had promised him ensured profit but investor Jindal says that the place is running in loss since then.
There has been no profit. The investor accused them that there is neither electricity nor basement at that place nor the construction is complete and the biggest thing is that they send the bill of this place every month.
He said that firstly they assured that they will give assured return of investment but after some time they took partial completion certificate from administration and told the investor to take possession. Moreover, he didn’t got the registry of this place from eight years and when he asks for it, company makes some excuse or the other. The company told the investor that this place will give him 14 to 15% profit but according to the investor, this investment is not giving him much profit, as he had invested more than the profit.
