Dumbbell push-ups are a comprehensive workout that utilizes dumbbells to enhance upper body strength.
At 24 years old, Alizeh made her Bollywood debut as a lead in the thriller-drama “Farrey” in 2023. The film, directed by Soumendra and featuring Ronit Roy, Sahil Mehta, Zeyn Shaw, Prasanna Bisht, Juhi Babbar, and Shilpa Shukla, is an official remake of the Thai film “Bad Genius” released in 2017. Alizeh received the ‘IIFA Best Debutant’ award for her performance, expressing her joy by saying, “This feels like a dream come true. I’ve been attending IIFA since childhood, and to be on this stage accepting an award for my own film is absolutely surreal.”
She further shared her gratitude for the opportunity, highlighting the support from director Soumendra Padhi, her family, and the entire team. “Being part of ‘Farrey’ has been an incredible journey, and I couldn’t have asked for a better start,” she added.
“Farrey” premiered at the 54th International Film Festival of India and was released in theaters on November 24, 2023. Alizeh has an older brother, Ayaan Agnihotri, and initially made her acting debut as a child in her father Atul Agnihotri’s 2008 film “Hello,” which starred various artists including Sharman Joshi and Sohail Khan, based on Chetan Bhagat’s novel “One Night @ the Call Center.” The film also featured cameo appearances by Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif.
