Mumbai: On the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri, several film stars extended their greetings to the nation through social media.

Chiranjeevi’s Spiritual Message

Tollywood megastar Chiranjeevi wrote on his official X (formerly Twitter) account that when the ignorance within a person is dispelled by spiritual consciousness, everyone can become a form of Shiva. He wished everyone a Happy Mahashivratri and offered a message of introspection.

Wishes from Akshay Kumar and Sunil Shetty

Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar extended Mahashivratri greetings, wishing Lord Shiva’s blessings upon everyone.

Actor Suniel Shetty shared a photo of himself dressed as a sage on Instagram, writing that when the noise of the mind calms down, Shiva appears.

Kareena Kapoor and Raveena Tandon also extended greetings

Actress Kareena Kapoor Khan wished everyone a Happy Mahashivratri, praying for the love and light of Mahadev.

Actress Raveena Tandon also shared photos of her temple visit, writing “Har Har Mahadev.” In January 2025, she and her daughter Rasha Thadani completed a spiritual pilgrimage to visit 12 Jyotirlingas across the country, including Kedarnath, Mahakaleshwar, Rameshwaram, and the Nageshwar Jyotirlinga in Gujarat.
