Clash Over Devotee Rooms in Khatushyamji, Agent Thrashed in Viral Video

There was a dispute over allotting rooms to devotees at the guest house in Khatushyamji. Seven to eight youths from MG Guest House collectively beat an agent of another guest house with sticks and rods. A video of the attack has also surfaced, in which the youths can be seen beating with sticks.

The injured person was taken to Khatushyamji Sub-District Hospital. As his condition was serious, he was referred to Sikar SK Hospital. The incident happened around 1 a.m. on Tuesday night.

Khatushyamji police station officer Pawan Chaube said that a case has been registered based on the report of the injured Karan Kumar. This fight occurred over a dispute regarding allotting rooms to devotees.

Based on the victim’s statement and the video, one or two youths have been rounded up for questioning. The accused will be arrested soon.

The youths surrounded the agent and beat him with sticks

According to the information, there is a competition to get more and more rooms by bringing devotees to hotels and guest houses in Khatushyamji. In such a situation, agents take devotees to their respective guest houses. In one such case, a fight broke out at around one o’clock on Tuesday night.

An agent, Karan Kumar, was taking devotees to his guest house. On the way, about 7-8 youths of MG Guest House surrounded Karan and attacked him.

Karan suffered serious injuries on his head, arms and legs in the attack. He fell to the ground and began to tremble. Even after this, the attackers continued to beat sticks. Seeing the person who reached the spot, he ran away.

A video of the beating has surfaced

Passersby recorded a video of the beating. In the video, youths are seen surrounding agent Karan and hitting him with sticks.

Local traders and people say that incidents of beating are continuously increasing in Khatushyamji. Traders say that the police should make better arrangements for the safety of devotees.
