Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann’s health improves, gets discharge from Hospital

Chandigarh: Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann has been discharged from the hospital. He has now returned to the CM residence in Chandigarh. He is now completely well and has been discharged by the hospital. It is believed that he may attend the Kila Raipur Games in Ludhiana, which conclude today. However, no official program has been released yet. The CM was admitted to the hospital on Monday after feeling unwell.

CM’s health deteriorated in Sangrur

On the afternoon of February 15th, Shivratri, the CM visited the Shri Rankeshwar Mahadev Shiva Temple in Dhuri, Sangrur, to offer prayers. Party supremo Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia were also present. The three leaders performed puja and havan at the temple.

Subsequently, the CM’s health deteriorated. After Sangrur, the CM’s scheduled visit to Fazilka has now been cancelled. He was immediately taken to Fortis Hospital in Mohali. However, he attended the Moga rally on February 16th, where his health deteriorated again. He was subsequently hospitalized the same day. He has now been discharged.

Pannu and Sisodia inquired health condition 

While the CM was hospitalized, Punjab’s Chief Secretary and DGP Gaurav Yadav visited him. Furthermore, on Tuesday, party General Secretary and spokesperson, Baltej Pannu also visited him. This meeting lasted about half an hour. Earlier, party in-charge Manish Sisodia had also met him. However, the Chief Secretary also visited the hospital yesterday.

In a media interaction, Sisodia stated that he hoped to be discharged by tomorrow. When asked by the media about discussions regarding cabinet expansion, he did not comment. He also informed the media about the AI ​​Summit.
