CM Bhagwant Mann Highlights Development Initiatives, Loan Refunds, Criticizes Opposition in Punjab

Amritsar:  Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann on Monday assured that the state government is refunding previous loans and has also ensured that schools and job opportunities are being provided across the state. “We are focusing on student education at every level and ensuring no partiality in any part of Punjab,” he said, emphasizing the government’s commitment to equitable development.

The CM highlighted several initiatives aimed at public convenience, including the launch of e-registration and online portals. License renewal services have also been introduced to make government services more accessible and efficient for the people. Mann said all these measures have been implemented to make governance citizen-friendly and ensure smoother access to essential services.

Mann announced that the government plans to introduce further developmental schemes across Punjab to boost overall growth. He criticized the Akali Dal, describing them as a “video-based company relying on AI,” and also targeted the Congress party, pointing to their previous governance record. On another note, he said that changing city names is not beneficial for anyone and does not create employment opportunities for the people.

With a clear focus on education, jobs, and healthcare, CM Mann reiterated the government’s intent to reach every corner of Punjab, ensuring inclusive growth and improved quality of life for all residents.
