Haryana, April 14: In Sonipat, an objectionable video was created and circulated widely on social media, utilizing abusive language against the state chief minister, the MLA from Kharkhoda, and BJP workers. Acting on a complaint regarding this matter, the police have registered a case against the accused under various sections of the ‘Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita’ (BNS) and have initiated an investigation, a development that has stirred up significant political and social commotion in the region.

Controversy Escalates Over Facebook Video

Sonu Saini, a resident of Ward No. 1 in Kharkhoda, stated in a complaint submitted to the Station House Officer (SHO) that an individual named Ramniwas Parashar posted a video approximately 4 minutes and 21 seconds in duration from his personal Facebook account. The video featured the use of abusive and objectionable language directed at the Chief Minister, elected representatives, and BJP workers.

Allegations of Abusive Remarks Against CM and MLA

The complaint further alleged that the video contained derogatory language directed at Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini and the local MLA, Pawan Kharkhoda. This act not only tarnished the public image of these elected representatives but also deeply hurt the sentiments of the people in the region.
