CM Yogi’s New Year Resolution: UP to Become the Capital of AI and Technology

Lucknow: Ahead of the New Year, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has issued an open letter to the people of the state. In it, he highlighted the progress made in the fields of technology, AI, and good governance in 2025 and appealed to the youth to pledge to spread knowledge.

“Every youth should educate 5 children about AI and provide computer education” – Yogi

The Chief Minister said that the year 2025 was historic in terms of technology and innovation.

He urged the youth –
“I have a special request for my young friends to make a resolution for 2026. Make five children around you aware about computers and AI. Devote at least one hour every week to ‘knowledge donation’.”

Safe UP becomes investors’ first choice

Yogi Adityanath said that improved law and order has given ‘Brand UP’ global recognition.

He wrote –
“Investment is safe only when the state and society are safe. Today, UP has become a state trusted by investors.”

AI City, Semiconductor Unit, and Data Center: Major Preparations for 2026

The Chief Minister stated that—

AI City is being developed in Lucknow and Noida
A semiconductor unit is under construction in Jewar at a cost of ₹3,700 crore
Five hyperscale data center parks are commercially launched
A target of ₹30,000 crore investment in the data center sector
Software technology parks established in 9 cities
New records in drone, robotics, and mobile manufacturing
Training of 1 million youth through ‘AI Pragya’
Thousands of jobs created

Public cooperation will lead to a ‘developed Uttar Pradesh’

Yogi Adityanath said that the dream of a prosperous and modern Uttar Pradesh will be realized through the joint efforts of the government and the people.
