New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party has accused the Bharatiya Janata Party of attempting to attack party chief and former Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal, by sending hired goons to Vikaspuri in Delhi.
AAP leaders claim that goons affiliated with the BJP approached Kejriwal, but their workers managed to handle the situation. They allege that the Delhi Police acted as bystanders, observing the entire incident without intervening.
Aam Aadmi Party officials have criticized Delhi Police officers and staff for not making any effort to stop the aggressors.
Delhi Minister and party spokesperson Saurabh Bhardwaj said that when ED, CBI and jail did not work, now BJP people are getting Arvind Kejriwal physically attacked. He said that if anything happens to Arvind Kejriwal, then BJP will be directly responsible for it.
