Ludhiana : A bike rider attempted to snatch a gold chain from a woman who was riding on Activa in Ludhiana. The woman was on her way home from her children’s skating class at school. The bike rider chased her from a distance and when she stopped the Activa outside her house, the robber approached her and attempted to pull her gold chain. The thief ran away due to the woman’s bravery and noise.
The woman, Shweta, was hurt when the Activa suddenly lost balance. She lives on Kailash Nagar road, Gagandeep Colony. Her husband mentioned that their daughter attends skating class at school, and Shweta was bringing the children home from their class. During this time, the robbers chased her and attempted to snatch the chain. Incidents of snatching are occurring openly in the area. All the snatching incident captured in CCTV Camera.
