Two robbers has got bullet injuries on their legs after encounter with Hoshiarpur Police. There was firing between police and robbers near Nasrala on Hoshiarpur-Jalandhar road. According to the information, the police have admitted the injured robbers to the civil hospital.
SP Hoshiarpur Sarabjeet Singh Bahiya told that the robbers had looted the bike of a person. On receiving his information, the police chased them and they opened fire on the police Party. When the police retaliated, two robbers were shot in the legs. Both are rushed to hospital and admitted
He Said That Recently, an incident of robbery of a petrol pump was carried out on Phagwara Road in Hoshiarpur. Later another petrol pump was looted. Both are involved in two robberies. The accused were identified as Mohan Kumar Son of Ramayan Dass , resident of Guru Ram Das Colony, Jalandhar and Akash Son Of Ashok Kumar resident of Patara Colony Maqsudan Jalandhar.
