A case of a horrific road accident has come to light near Paragpur octroi late night. Where youth riding a bike were hit by an unknown vehicle. The accident was so horrific that one person died on the spot while the other youth was seriously injured. Who has been admitted to Johal Hospital Ramamandi for treatment.
Jalandhar Paragpur chowki incharge Gurdeep Singh said that he has received information about the road accident. Police said that they have come to know that the youth riding the bike were traveling on PB-08FC-0718. Where one youth died in a road accident near Paragpur.
Police officials said that the person who died in the accident has been identified as Karanjot, resident of Maqsudan Vivek Vihar. Whereas the person Seriously injured in the accident has been identified as Saurabh, resident of Nandanpur, Jalandhar. Police Official told that Karanjot was returned from America Recently.
Police rushed Saurabh to hospital and admitted for treatment. However, nothing is known about which vehicle the youth riding the bike collided with. The police officer said that the matter is being investigated.
